This cable pulley kit turns a squat rack or power rack into a cable station, which opens up the pulling and pressing movements that free weights alone cannot cover: lat pull-downs, tricep push-downs, cable curls, face pulls and rows.
It is built from heavy-duty steel and rated to 100kg, and the loading pin takes both 2.5cm standard and 5cm Olympic plates, so it works with whatever weights you already own rather than needing a matching set.
