How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and American Express. All payments are SSL secured.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at info@hackerprice.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched we cannot make changes.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and never store your card details. All payments go through trusted, secure gateways.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express and Amazon Pay. All major cards are welcome.
Are there any hidden charges at checkout?
None. The price you see is the price you pay. Free UK mainland delivery is included on all orders.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. We never store card information on our servers.
Can I pay in instalments?
We are working on adding Buy Now Pay Later options. Please check back soon or contact us for alternatives.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us first before sending anything back.
How do I return an item?
Email info@hackerprice.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you full return instructions within 24 hours.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us at info@hackerprice.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
