Punching power is only part of boxing; timing, reaction and accuracy are what separate a heavy hitter from a good one. This stand combines a speed ball with a reflex bar that swings round on impact, so you have to move your head and get back into position rather than standing square and swinging.
It is freestanding, with a base you fill with sand, water or a mix of both, and twelve suction cups underneath to stop it wandering across the floor. The stand adjusts between 163cm and 205cm, so it can be set for a teenager or a tall adult.
