This upright garden shed takes up barely a third of a square metre of ground, which makes it a useful store for gardens and yards where a walk-in shed would never fit. Three removable shelves hold smaller items such as gloves, twine and hand tools, and taking a shelf out leaves a tall open bay for spades, forks and a strimmer.
The wooden body is finished with two coats of water-resistant paint and topped with an asphalt-covered roof, and a small window near the top lets air circulate so tools are not shut into a damp cupboard.
