This portable dryer is for households without room for a tumble dryer, or for the weeks when nothing will dry on the airer. It handles 8 to 10 garments at a time using 360 degree hot air circulation, so clothes come out evenly dry rather than damp in the folds.
A 1 to 8 hour timer shuts it off automatically, and it holds a constant 68°C, which is gentle enough for everyday fabrics, underwear and baby clothes. When the wash is done the whole thing folds down to roughly the thickness of a sheet of paper and slides out of sight.
